Introduction

Directions for Use

1. Wash your hands before and after using this medication.

4. Squeeze the prescribed number of drops into the pouch.

5. Close your eye and gently press your finger to the inside corner of the eye for about 1 minute to keep the liquid from draining into your tear duct.

6. Repeat the steps for the other eye if prescribed.

7. Do not rinse the dropper. Replace the cap after use.

8. Use this medication regularly to get the most benefit from it.

9. Do not use more or less of it or use it more often than prescribed by your doctor.

10. If you are using another kind of eye medication (e.g., drops or ointments), wait at least 5 minutes before applying other medications. Use eye drops before eye ointments to allow the drops to enter the eye.

Storage

Ofloxacin 0.3 w/v + Benzalkonium Chloride Solution 0.2% w/v + Betamethasone Sodium Phosphate 0.1% should be stored at a temperature between 2°C and 8°C (36°F and 46°F).
