Some reasons are consuming too many carbohydrates at a meal or snack, too much activity or a sedentary lifestyle, increased stress and or illness. If your goal is to maintain your blood sugar in a normal range, choose to eat healthy more often and get active daily. To prevent type 2 diabetes, we should maintain a healthy weight and enjoy 150 minutes of activity each week.”
