That’s why it’s important to make sure you’re eating the right foods. Eating a balanced diet of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins is the best way to ensure you’re getting the nutrients your body needs.

It’s also important to be aware of the potential risks associated with eating certain foods. Processed foods, for example, can contain high levels of sodium, sugar, and unhealthy fats. Eating too much of these foods can lead to weight gain, high blood pressure, and other health issues. That’s why it’s important to be mindful of what you’re eating and to make sure you’re eating the right foods.

So, when it comes to eating, I’m here to tell you to eat this, not that. Eating a balanced diet of healthy foods is the best way to ensure you’re getting the nutrients your body needs. Be mindful of what you’re eating and make sure you’re making the right choices when it comes to food.

COVID-19 pandemic or not, viral illnesses are rampant and more of a risk than you realize. Getting vaccinated and boosted is very helpful to avoid severe illnesses from viral diseases such as the coronavirus (and beyond). However, there are just some areas that should be avoided! Public restroom door knobs can be a danger. Use caution with handlebars and door knobs. Use your sleeve or body to push open doors, not your hands. Don’t touch public handles with your hands. If you must, sanitize immediately afterward.

Gas pump handles are another high touch surface—same principle, wear gloves or sanitize right after.

Public concerts and other high-traffic congregations mean a higher likelihood of transmission of disease. Wear masks and social distance if possible. take frequent breaks to wash your hands.

Smaller cruise ships are another risky situation. Having a big open deck space is helpful. If your ship is small, take breaks to spend as much time as possible in open areas and wash hands frequently. Also, distance from other guests when you can.
